I tried to buy a Galaxy Nexus at this store and delay the activation on it because it was a Christmas present. The lady there refused to do that so i got it from a Verizon store in Topeka. I was then having some issues with the phone so i went in to ask for help. She told me straight up they didnt sale the phone when it was on their wall display. Then proceeded to tell me that if i didnt buy the phone from there store they would NOT offer any kind of customer service whatesoever! I cant believe how rude she was. I certainly cant believe Verizon would allow some person like her to run a small store. I will never go back to that store and i highly suggest nobody else goes their either.
You can't reach a real customer service rep by phone, it's all automated! So I went in & asked for help blocking a # from texting. I was told that the only way to do that was online. I explained that I didn't remember our password & was told that I could call customer service! Waste of time!
