Very professional. Receptionist offered me phone numbers to places that would be more financially feasible. A+
These people, don't know what they are doing. How'd did they get medical degrees. Don't waste your time or your family members time. Take them to a real hospital. Either Manhattan or Topeka. The will give you the run around all night long. You are suppose to help people. Not give them criticism. Let this be a lesson, we won't ever go back to that so called "hospital" you will get better medical advice in a back ally.
I have been to the walk-in clinic twice in the last year for two different issues. Staff was excellent and helped me through the process in an efficient manner.
Rude and unfriendly ER care. More interested in scolding for using the ER then ensuring the infant was alright and that parents knew what signs to watch for as follow up.Will drive to Manhattan in the future.
TERRIBLE!! I had to go to ER because of dog bite. Police and ER staff said that since it was not my dog, ALL charges and fees would be charged to owner of dog. A week or so later I got a bill from them. So I went up to the hospital billing dept and they said that the owner of the dog didnt have insurance so I would have to pay. I didnt have insurance either. After talking to TWO people from administration they agreed that I would NOT be charged. A couple years later now and guess what? The billing from Wamego City Hospital is on my credit report. SO, they turned it in even after they quit sending me bills for it. So, if you can, DO NOT go there; and if you have to DO NOT trust their billing department, their administration, or, apparently anyone in the ER. I cant stand liars.
